Service Description
Nurture the soul in this transformative three-day, two-night experience where you have access to all the elements of a resort stay while embracing the art of slow living in an itinerary packed with activities and horse-human interactions. *(Please note there is no horse riding involved in these retreats) Whats included in this price: - Exclusive access to Sugar Beach Ranch - A three-day itinerary with a selection of optional, fun and therapeutic activities. Your experience will be expertly guided by Maxime Willems, a certified Equine Wellness facilitator. - Guests are accommodated in luxury 4x4m glamping tents - Tents come pre-arranged with queen or 2 x single blow up beds, sheets, pillows and blankets, a transportable chair per guest, mats, side table and light. - Communal cabins with private bathrooms and charging stations - Bath towels, soap and toiletries are provided on arrival. - Access to 15m magnesium pool and cabana area - Access to South Ballina Beach and wildlife sanctuary only 50m from ranch - Access to private bush trails and jungle routes through the property - Guests are leased a polaroid camera and given 1 x film cartridge (10 shots) to use during the retreat program and keep as memories - All equipment and crafts provided for equine wellbeing, painting, sand scrubbing - A journal to make their own All meals for the duration of your stay including premium beverages served at each dinner (dietary requirements accommodated): - 2 x lunches - 2 x dinners - 2 x breakfast - Plus a formal brunch - Creative menus, locally focused, seasonal, and sustainable dining - Water/Tea/Coffee and juice station available at all times, including fruit and bliss balls For shared tent bookings please provide a name, contact number and any additional information regarding your plus one. Please note this is a females only retreat. Guest Information Pack: Upon confirmation of payment, guests will be sent a digital information pack with further information on their stay and what to bring. Acknowledgment: In the booking page please specify any dietary or medical requirements you (or your plus one) may have. By providing information regarding your medical and dietary requirements, you acknowledge that Sugar Beach Ranch and its staff will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs. Prior to arrival guests must provide all necessary information for us during your stay i.e. dietary, medical or otherwise.
Cancellation Policy
Guests must carefully review, understand, and agree to our cancellation policy before securing their spot in our retreat: - Cancellations made with more than 60 days' notice before the retreat start date will receive a full refund, minus a $250 administration fee. - For cancellations received within 30 days of the retreat start date, refunds are not applicable. However, we offer the flexibility to reschedule to another available retreat date. - No changes or refunds can be facilitated within two weeks of the retreat start date. - In the event of a no-show, arriving on a date other than the confirmed booking, or an early departure, payments are non-refundable, and bookings are non-transferrable. COVID Positive Result: In the unfortunate event of a guest testing positive for COVID-19: If you test positive for COVID-19 and provide a doctor's certificate along with proof of testing, we offer the option to reschedule your position to a later retreat date. The itinerary is subject to change based on unpredictable weather and seasonal variations. Our top priority is ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests and horses. Some adjustments may be necessary to navigate through any unforeseen challenges.
